1. Returns

Returns must be lodged over the counter within 5 business days from the date you receive your order.

To initiate a return, please share the tracking number with us. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

A $15 handling and processing fee will apply to all returns.

The item must be in original, unworn condition with all tags attached and free from makeup, perfume, stains, or damage.

We cannot accept returns for items that have been worn, altered, or damaged in any way.
2. International Orders

We offer international shipping! Shipping costs vary depending on your location and will be displayed at checkout.

Returns are not available for international customers.

Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. These charges will not be included in your shipping cost and may be assessed when the package arrives in your country. Please check with your local customs office for details.
3. Refunds and Credits

Exchanges, credits, or store credit are not available. We only accept returns for a refund.

Refunds will be processed once the dress has been returned in its original condition. Please allow 7 business days for processing.
4. Shipping Costs

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we cannot be held responsible for any lost returns.
5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving it, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
