How to Initiate a Return (Australian Customers Only)

• Contact us within 5 days: Please reach out to us via email info@theboutiquebyarekae.com or Instagram within 5 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. 
• Provide tracking number: Once you've contacted us, please provide the tracking number for the return shipment.
• Return shipping cost: The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
• Return window: Returns must be lodged over the counter at your local post office within 5 business days from the date you receive your order.

Return Conditions

• Original condition: The item must be in its original, unworn condition, with all tags attached. The dress should be free from makeup, perfume, stains, or any form of damage.
• No worn or altered items: We cannot accept returns for items that have been worn, altered, or damaged in any way.

Return Processing Fee
